Our first water testing results were very impressive. Brilliant. But we wanted more from our water quality testing.
The Dr. Lörcher Institute inGermany, specialists in chemical analysis of drinking water & testing, ran 3,000 even tougher tests on Firewall. They tested under more extreme conditions and against more dangerous microorganisms – viruses as well as bacteria.
Zero Microbes
During the water quality testing, scientists ‘spiked’ dummy filters with billions of germs then unleashed them into Waterlogic machines. They let water stagnate for long periods. They measured the most resistant, most determined bugs including Salmonella, E. Coli, Pseudomonas (resistant to antibiotics and very common in hospitals) and Clostridium (some can cause botulism or tetanus.)
In virtually all water quality testing cases, those microbes were wiped out to a CFU (colony-forming unit) of zero. Let’s say that again. Zero. The verdict: “Firewall UV technology works outstandingly well.”
